 We provide PC desktop and laptop support, home and small office networking, wired and wireless setup, printer and WiFi troubleshooting, PC maintenance, memory and drive upgrades, general repairs, and troubleshooting. We also help small businesses set up websites using Squarespace. Support is available locally and remotely. 

 We primarily work on PCs. For Macs, we usually focus on upgrading older systems by installing Zorin OS to bring them back into production. We also rebuild older PCs that do not qualify for Windows 11 using Zorin OS. If a PC does qualify, we can rebuild or upgrade it to Windows 11, back up and restore data as needed, perform driver updates, and complete any other required system work. 

 Yes. Many issues can be resolved remotely. Remote support is often faster and more affordable. If hands on service is needed, we can schedule an on site visit. 

 Yes. We provide local on site support for homes and small businesses usually within 30 minutes of Florissant CO. This is ideal for networking issues, printer setup, hardware problems, and system installations. 

 Yes. We set up and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks, improve weak WiFi coverage, configure routers, and connect devices. We also assist small offices with basic server and network setup. 

 Yes. We install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and all in one devices. This includes wireless printing and network printer issues. 

 Yes. We diagnose why a system is slow or unstable and address the root cause. This may include cleanup, repairs, system tuning, or hardware upgrades. 

 Yes. We install memory upgrades and replace old hard drives with solid state drives when supported. This is one of the most effective ways to improve performance on older systems. 

 Yes. We specialize in rebuilding older PCs and Macs with Zorin OS when they no longer qualify for Windows 11 or current macOS versions. This allows many systems to remain useful instead of being discarded. 

 Zorin OS is a modern, fast, and secure operating system designed to be easy to use. It feels familiar to Windows and macOS users and works especially well on older hardware. 

 Rebuilt systems are ideal for web browsing, email, documents, photos, and everyday tasks. They are often more stable and secure than unsupported operating systems. 

 Yes. We help small businesses create clean, professional websites using Squarespace. This includes setup, basic design, and publishing the site. 

 Payment details are discussed before work begins. Remote support is typically paid upfront. On site service may require a deposit depending on the job.
