“We are a two-person team. One side of our work is built on decades of hands-on IT experience, including early exposure to large scale consumer internet systems at AOL and years of independent IT support for homes and small businesses. The other side brings formal training in visual communications, handling our website, graphics, and client-facing materials so everything we deliver is clear, accessible, and easy to use.”
Our history
“PC-MAC-BACK-2-LIFE grew out of years of real-world experience helping people navigate changing technology. Our roots include early work with large scale consumer internet systems at AOL, followed by building and operating an independent IT support business serving clients in Virginia and later Colorado. As technology evolved, so did our approach. Today, we combine hands-on technical support with clear communication and thoughtful design to make technology easier and less stressful for our clients.”
